We don’t do ready-made. No copy-paste ideas, no repeat menus, and no “that’s how it’s always done.” At Suvid, we cook for the people at the table right now. We work with time, slow cooking, and sous-vide, respecting ingredients and letting flavor develop naturally. Every dish starts from scratch. That’s a very Suvid thing.
By far the most delicious burger I've ever eaten. From the smell to the taste and consistency of the ingredients it was excellent. Awesome grilling, honestly the quality is awesome, it doesn't feel heavy.
Also, the fries are just indescribable, I didn't think there was a chance I would eat fries like that from outside. They may have been handmade because they were irregularly shaped, but they were the best I've ever eaten! Congratulations to everyone there!!!!
